Tutorial writers are welcome to use my scrapkits but please do not include them in your download, instead you must send everyone to my blog to download the scrap kit file
You may recolor, resize, animate, add sparkles, etc. anything you like
Tubes
Some of the tubes I will share will be made from tutorials, if this is the case, I will state the website. No copyright is necessary on them but you may want to add the website URL that they came from if your group requires it. The tubes that are completely my own can be used with other artists work with no credit. If they are used on their own then please add:

Please Note: You can also grab some of my tubes at Psp Playground. It's a non posting site but you need to join to download the tubes. Some other great artists tubes are there as well like Rainbow Coffi, Snicker Doodles, Teddybear Lane and others. It's well worth joining.
